At Dried Flowers & Decor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your botanical arrangements; if your order isn't perfect, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that due to the delicate nature of dried florals, items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the dried flowers or decor items in their original protective box and padding to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
